FSVP / PCQI Training (Online or Offline)
To comply with the FDA’s Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), U.S. importers and food facilities must designate individuals who are properly trained to develop and implement food safety systems. Two of the most critical roles are the FSVP Qualified Individual and the PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual).
At J&B Food Consulting, we provide FDA-recognized FSVP and PCQI Training Programs, available both online and in-person, designed to equip food professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to meet regulatory requirements and ensure food safety compliance.
Why You Need This Training
Legal Requirement under FSMA
The FDA requires that FSVP and food safety plans be developed and overseen by trained individuals (FSVP QI and PCQI).
Build In-House Expertise
Trained personnel can manage compliance more effectively, reduce dependency on third-party services, and respond quickly to FDA inquiries.
Avoid Non-Compliance
Failure to meet training requirements may result in warning letters, inspections, or import holds.
